THE ROLE Milk Moovement is looking for a Technical Client Onboarding Manager (TCOM) to ensure a smooth transition for clients as they join our herd. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset with a successful background in leading and owning client onboarding and ensuring the long-term success of accounts. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP, Customer Experience. Areas of responsibility for the TCOM include: - Managing implementation of new accounts by conducting initial platform set up and ensure clients reach milestones as they prepare for launch - Leading 1+ hour-long live training demos for clients - Proactively reaching out to stakeholders of the Milk Moovement platform to ensure adoption - Prioritizing tasks in collaboration with the Development Team to meet onboarding goals - Maintaining two-way communication with clients during onboarding to ensure a smooth onboarding experience - Contributing to Milk Moovement’s onboarding strategy to improve the client experience Following up with clients post-launch to maintain a pulse on our client base - Developing and reporting internal and external metrics on client health post-go-live - Translating business to technical requirements - Working with and manipulating data to serve multiple purposes WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Milk Moovement seeks to have a diverse, inclusive, team-oriented, and curiosity driven herd. Our product team lives up to our core values, and we expect you will be excited to do so as well. You will likely have had 2+ years of software onboarding, implementation, or customer success experience at an established or high-growth technology company but working in the dairy industry is not required! We will teach you all there is to know about the industry beginning with our dairy 101 course. It is definitely more complicated than you think and that is why we do what we do! Here’s what else we’re looking for: - Previous experience juggling multiple onboardings - Tracking and documenting multiple clients and ensuring they hit their milestones - Proven track record of building strong client relationships - Constant innovation when it comes to developing new ways to drive value to clients - Tech-savvy and and tool agnostic; you can easily self-learn and navigate new platforms - Deep experience working in a Customer Success related role with a clear track record of managing accounts, onboarding clients, and ensuring the long term success of accounts - Ability to travel within the United States (~30%) WHAT WE OFFER 🐮 Competitive salaries - we’re constantly reevaluating market trends to ensure we meet or exceed industry standards. 🐮 Unlimited paid vacation and flex time - unlimited vacation can be vague and difficult to track; we strongly encourage everyone to take at least 2 weeks off per year plus public holidays.
