We’re growing our team to include a Reporting and Data Analyst to continue delivering top service to our clients. We’re looking for someone who can obtain pertinent data from all relevant departments, compile and clean this information, and then proceed to analyze the data. A top-notch reporting analyst will continually create and modify databases to meet the needs of our expanding company. You'll also work directly with our clients, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

What you’ll do We’re looking for someone who can obtain pertinent data from all relevant departments, compile and clean this information, and then proceed to analyze the data. A top-notch reporting analyst will continually create and modify databases to meet the needs of our expanding company. You'll also work directly with our clients, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. While no two days may be the same, your responsibilities will include: - Gathering raw data from systems, teams, and departments - Understanding the root cause of reporting requests creating business narratives rooted in data - Checking and cleaning data, taking special care to replace erroneous values with correct figures. - Analyzing data, with due consideration for the influence of missing information, outliers, plus confounding and extraneous variables. - Reporting on insights obtained, which might be utilized to inform business strategies. - Consulting on areas of uncertainty to promote optimal use of ideas derived from data. - Creating and updating data sets that evolve in tandem with our business's needs. What we’re looking for - Degree in management information systems, finance, econometrics, statistics, or similar. - Demonstrable experience as a reporting analyst, preferably with client-facing experience - Experience working with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools - Ability to create, update, and share databases. - Strong troubleshooting and report writing abilities. - Attentive and considerate team player - Bilingualism (French and English) a strong asset Want To Know More - We don’t blame you!
