THE ROLE Milk Moovement is seeking a results-driven VP of Sales who thrives in a solutions-based B2B selling environment. The VP will refine the strategy and sales playbook for how Milk Moovement’s experienced sales team operates day-to-day and continues to achieve aggressive growth. We’re scaling rapidly and looking for a seasoned sales executive with a bias for action and eagerness to be at the forefront of industry disruption. Our sales team has achieved strong results over the last 14 months - growing sales by over 350%, building a mature pipeline, and rapidly growing market share across North America. Our business development (BDRs) and account executive (AE) teams are hungry and ready for the next phase of growth that is already underway. The VP will have ownership over the sales playbook and strategy and be expected to lead sales growth of our best-in-market product. This role will also oversee our business development and accounts teams. As the VP of Sales at Milk Moovement, you will report directly to the CEO. You will be expected to coach the accounts team in closing high six and seven-figure deals while providing leadership to the entire sales org. Here are some other examples of things you will be responsible for: - Motivate and lead the sales team to consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets - Work closely with product, CS, and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and to understand new feature launches - Maintain broad and deep knowledge of North American dairy supply chain and industry trends - Build, manage, and convert pipeline and accurately report and forecast based on current pipeline - Work closely with AEs to accelerate sales - jumping in to assist in negotiations where necessary - Identify bottlenecks in pipeline or process and develop solutions to rectify - Develop relationships across a broad cross-section of clients - from small dairy cooperatives to Fortune 500s WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Milk Moovement seeks to have a diverse, inclusive, team-oriented, and curiosity-driven herd. Our sales team lives up to our core values, and we expect you will be excited to do so as well. You will likely have had at least 2 years of sales leadership experience, leading high performing teams at a rapid-growth technology company, but working in the dairy industry is not required.
