THE ROLE Milk Moovement is looking for a Customer Support Analyst to provide world-class 24-hour support to our clients. The ideal candidates will have high attention to detail, be comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, and have experience in data entry. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Success Lead. RESPONSIBILITIES: Milk Moovement is looking for a Customer Support Analyst to provide world-class 24-hour support to our clients. The ideal candidates will have high attention to detail, be comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, and have experience in data entry. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Success Lead. Your responsibilities include: - Respond to support tickets in a thoughtful, efficient, and friendly manner - Become a product expert, knowing features, workarounds, and even bugs inside and out - Report bugs and feature requests and follow up with customers upon implementation - Communicate with other teams (Development, etc.) to prioritize and resolve customer issues - Accurately process and convert static client data into digital data You might be the right cow-ndidate if: - You have 1+ years of experience in a data entry or customer support role - You make managing competing projects look easy and don't let items slip through the cracks - You build strong relationships and are a polished speaker that delivers white-glove service - You are tech-savvy and can easily self-learn and navigate new platforms You get extra points for: - Experience in the dairy or agriculture industries - Experience supporting the development process in bug resolution or new feature identification - Experience working in a high-growth SaaS company NITTY GRITTY Location: Remote Shifts: 7:30am-3:30pm, 3:30pm-11:30pm, and 11:30pm-7:30am EST Full-time: 30-40 hours per week Hourly wage: C$17 WHAT WE OFFER 🐮 Competitive salaries - we’re constantly reevaluating market trends to ensure we meet or exceed industry standards. 🐮 Unlimited paid vacation and flex time - unlimited vacation can be vague and difficult to track; we strongly encourage everyone to take at least 2 weeks off per year plus public holidays.
