Our Client Success team is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Account Manager to partner with our government clients. What you’ll do: In this newly appointed role, you’ll partner with our government clients to evaluate their VidCruiter product suite and ensure they facilitate hiring processes that are fair, seamless and aligned to their internal processes. You understand that technology improves the experience for all stakeholders while recognizing the nuances of working with a variety of departments under the umbrella of Federal and Provincial governments. While no two days may be the same, your responsibilities will include: - Developing strategic roadmaps aimed at growing VidCruiter's footprint with government contracts (vertically and horizontally). These will include, but aren’t limited to, workshops, hiring events, and QBRs; - Through strong communication and a values-based approach, identifying, qualifying, and pursuing opportunities that generate revenue for VidCruiter and provide a strong ROI for clients; - Work closely with internal teams at VidCruiter (Sales, Implementation, Marketing) to keep a pulse on end-to-end processes that impact your client groups; - When additional products or custom workflows are required, you’ll manage the system configuration directly to ensure a seamless user experience; - In addition to being an expert at managing client relationships, you’ll learn the technical complexities of the VidCruiter platform. Working closely with the Product team, you’ll be the voice of the customer to request enhanced features, identify existing issues, and liaise solutions between internal and external stakeholders; - Identify and create opportunities for networking across groups to increase referral rates and host workshops on best practices related to recruitment VidCruiter use cases What we’re looking for: - A minimum of 5 years working in a complex, large-scale, client-facing industry specializing in Client Success or Client Onboarding (Bonus if you’ve been part of scaling SaaS operations) - Completed degree in Computer Science, Political Science, Public Relations, Business or similar; - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Fluent bilingualism in French and English is a mandatory requirement - Ability to work within Canada and obtain a Canadian security clearance - Technically savvy, can easily learn new platforms and software Want To Know More - We don’t blame you!
