I would love the opportunity to show you my business that I am incredibly proud of. I’m a self taught woodworking and resin artist. I started this as a hobby to help cope with some mental health issues when I was a stay at home mom. It has helped me to build my confidence in many areas of my life, and I am very proud of what it has become. I have not only been able to provide my boys with so much because of it, but I am able to demonstrate to them each day what hard work, determination and passion looks like; they are able to see and be part of that first hand. I’ve also been able to help several families that were in need, and I have been able to donate to a lot of causes in our community. Since starting this journey, it has become more than I had ever imagined. I am now working full time to create original wooden and resin pieces for my customers, while pulsing in some custom requests and other products like jewelry and customized signs where time permits. I operate mainly online but have some pieces available to purchase at a few stores in Pictou County as well. My end goal with this company is to be able to own my own store front where these pieces I pour my heart into can be displayed permanently, and I can personally interact with my wonderful customers on a daily basis. I am so lucky to have the opportunity to work doing something I love, and will continue to put in the ground work so this business can grow into what I have envisioned it can be some day!
